Pertanika Journal of professional Development and Continuing Education (ProCEd) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in collaboration with UPM Press. The journal emphasizes the central domains of education that strengthen pedagogical theory and practice, effective leadership, and comprehensive social learning. Its publication scope covers in the field of human resources development and related disciplines. The types of manuscript are empirical research articles, opinion or commentary article, case studies, review or conceptual paper and selected conference proceeding articles.
